Founded by Shawna Curran, STEM ENRG’s objective is to help women of color to reconfigure their career trajectory to include tech-driven roles. They go far beyond just tech and project management skill development. Their program is specifically designed to break down the social and emotional barriers that prevent women of color from participating in STEM. This safe space enables a high-level of engagement where they also teach leadership & emotional wellness tactics.
