Interview process
Recruiter screen: (30 minutes, phone) - opportunity for Posit to learn about you and vice versa.
Hiring manager screen: (1 hour, Zoom) - learn about the job, Posit’s mission, and your work experience.
Assignment: (Up to 2 hours, for technical roles only) - short assignment that replicates what it’s like to work at Posit. Option to participate in independent take-home assignment or working partnership assignment via Zoom.
Panel: (1 hour each, Zoom) - meet the team and have 1 to 1 conversations with the people you’ll be working with.
