Candidates will be able to create anonymous talent profiles that will display their work experience, skill set and tech stack, and what they’re looking for in a company/team.
Employers🕵🏽♀️
Employers will now have the ability to search through our talent database, but the candidates data (personal identifiable information) will be anonymous. Our recruitment platform will have a ‘liking’ system where an employer can indicate that they are interested in talking to a candidate based off of their anonymous information. The candidate will automatically be notified, and if the candidate is interested, an introduction between the two will be made.
90 day check-in model 💻
Our 90 day check-in model will remain the same. Retention is our priority! For every hire made off of our new recruitment platform, Black Tech Pipeline will do 90 days of virtual check-ins with the hire to ensure that they’re happy, safe and healthy, and being set up for success at their new job. We also relay the feedback from the hire to the employer, and work with the employer on improving that hires experience if it needs to be improved. We also discuss how to set up the hire for success based on their personal goals and needs.
