Canopy Equity Coaching is an all women-diverse team. Their approach is to invest in building relationships and trust with their partners, helping them to understand the root causes of inequities in their company. By getting to the root causes, Canopy collaboratively designs solutions to the real challenges that employees are experiencing.
What can your company expect when working with Canopy?
Through your work together with Canopy, equity and anti racism will become baked into your company's culture. You will practice using language to name instances of racism and white supremacy, using restorative processes such as progressive stacking, center the voices of those most impacted by oppression, developing anti racist policies and evaluation methods, creating clear and objective structures for promotions and hiring, and overall becoming a welcoming and respectful workplace. With intention, these cultural elements can be rolled out company-wide.

On March 9, 2022, Canopy will facilitate an inspiring space for DEI leaders and teams to come together and support one another in their anti racist journeys through relationship-building, knowledge sharing, and problem solving.
Canopy supports DEI leaders and teams to build strategic plans for DEI work through an equity lens and by centering those most impacted by systems of racism and oppression. They partner with organizations to dig deep into the root causes of how racism and bias manifest in order to build solutions that move you to achieve DEI goals with authenticity and compassionate accountability.
